ANNUAL CHAPTER OFFICER RETREAT IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!! |
Mark your calendars!!! June 29 through July 1 2012. it is time once again to gather together and learn your duties as you become a new chapter officer this year! We are planning on having great fun and fellowship at this years event! Along with learning your duties and responsibilities of being a Chapter Officer, there will be new Oxford faces to meet and of course there will be many of your existing Oxford House Family to see again!!! We will have great food prepared by Tim Jones, good music to dance to on Saturday night with DJ Pawnee B, raffles with Gino Pugliese, clean cabins to sleep in, (or bring your tents!) beautiful scenery to enjoy, fireside meetings, volley ball, horseshoes, Frisbee, hiking, and of course smores! Registrations have been given to your Chapter Chairs to fill out and send in. Cost this year is $350.00 for 6 Officers and $50.00 for each additional person. Each Chapter can send 9 people total so, contact your Chairman if you are interested in participating this year!
IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BECOMING A CHAPTER OFFICER THIS MAY, WHEN YOUR CHAPTER HOLDS ELECTIONS OR, IF YOUR CHAPTER HAS ALREADY GOT NEW OFFICERS IN PLACE PLEASE JOIN US! This years theme is INDEPENDENCE DAY! So get yourself some good Ole Red, White and Blue attire, and come join us for a fun filled learning experience you will enjoy! Need help dressing for the occasion? Check out some of the second hand stores. anything patriotic ~ red, white and blue! You can dress for the whole weekend or just for dinner and dance on Saturday night its up to you! Our guest speaker this year is tentatively Leann Watkins from OHInc. Chapters are asked to bring a raffle prize worth $75.00 to $100.00 and houses are asked to bring a prize worth $30.00 - $35.00 We have a surprise General Session this year!
